Evony: The King’s Return has various bosses and enemies that you have to defeat to progress in the game, one of which can be found in level 8.
Evony: The King’s Return is a mobile game that invites players to assume the role of a lord or a lady to build up and create an empire. As the name suggests, it is based on the classic video game, Evony.
You will thus enjoy similar mechanics, content, and characters. The game takes place in a never-ending world in medieval times.
The game offers numerous activities to enjoy, such as solving puzzles, building an empire, joining powerful alliances, and defeating enemies.
The puzzles can be seen as the stages or levels of the game that you have to complete and solve before you can move on to the next. Keep in mind that some of the levels feature powerful bosses that you have to defeat before moving on.
Why are varying activities important?
Players should remember that when they first start playing the game, some of the tasks and features will be locked. However, with time, you will gain access to them as you progress in the main campaign and meet the specific necessary requirements.
The variety of these activities motivates players to play the game for longer periods of time, as they will want to unlock certain activities.
The numerous tasks also ensure that the game does not become dull, since it does not only focus on one single task. Furthermore, it keeps players interested and engaged while playing.
Evony: Level 8 boss
As previously mentioned, Evony features numerous stages or levels that you can complete. When you have successfully completed a level, you will receive multiple rewards. Keep in mind that these levels consist of different enemies and bosses.
On level 8, you will have to face and defeat Peryton, which are huge half-bird and half-deer creatures. These medium difficulty bosses have 5 600 000 Power, and it costs approximately 20 stamina to fight them.
Defeating the Peryton can be a relatively easy battle, especially if you have powerful troops and commanders.
You can find these bosses on the map during the growing stages of an alliance, when most of the keeps have reached level 20.
How to defeat the Peryton
Since the fight is quite easy, you can select any troop type and commander to win the battle. However, it is recommended that you use mounted troops, who are led by a powerful mounted General. Your General should be equipped with the best mounted gear and have the appropriate skills and refines.
To have a better chance at winning, players should use 100 000 Tier 10 mounted troops, with a General of the highest ranking in your collection.
This set-up will be good enough to defeat the boss, but there will be wounded troops. You can play it safe by using 150 000 Tier 10 units under the control of a powerful commander.
Rewards for defeating the Peryton
Similarly to other bosses, you will receive Monarch Experience, General Experience, Alliance Honour, Alliance Points, and Prestige when you defeat them. The boss, if you defeat him, could potentially drop 6 additional rewards.
This means that you have a chance to receive the following rewards:
- Level 8 Monster Chest
- Warrior’s Scroll Chest
- Refining Stone
- Spiritual Beast experience
- Artwork Fragment Chest
What is the alliance boss package?
All members of the alliance, regardless of their participation levels in the fight against the Peryton, will receive an alliance boss package directly in their inventory. This means that if you defeat the boss, all the members in your alliance will receive the following items:
- 30 Minute Speedup for Training
- 30 Minute Speedup for Healing
- 10 000 Food Box
- 10 000 Lumber Box
- 10 000 Stone Box
- Green Material Chest.
You will thus enjoy similar mechanics, content, and characters in this mobile game as you would in the video game. The game takes place in a fictitious, never-ending world in medieval times.
In order to progress in the game, you must complete several levels and puzzles. Each level features different kinds of monsters that players have to defeat.
On level 8, you will have to face a powerful boss called the Peryton. Luckily, it is an easy fight to win if you have powerful troops and Generals.
