To help you with these tasks, you can assign different Generals to activities in the game. However, some players have been curious about what the best General is for the Hospital.
Evony: Hospital
The Hospital in your keep can heal your wounded troops, and in order to heal your troops, you need to construct the Hospital.
It is worth noting that you have to be at a specific level before you can build the Hospital. Once you have constructed a Hospital, you can house and heal more wounded troops.
Players can also increase the wounded troop capacity in their Hospitals by doing research. In the Defence and Medical Aid research category, you have to apply points to the research aspects to increase the capacity.

Evony: Hospital General
There are several types of Generals in Evony, such as defense, attack, wall, monster hunter, resource gaining and duty Generals. A duty General is usually assigned to a specific building in your keep to fulfill a duty.
When a General is assigned on duty to a building, the building will get various buffs. However, the buff is determined by the building and the statistics of the General assigned to it.
Since there are numerous duty Generals, it can be difficult to decide which General you should assign to your hospital.
The best duty General you can assign to your Hospital is Skanderberg, who is a national hero that led the Albanians against the Ottoman Empire. He is an Epic Gold General that can be found in the tavern.
Players can purchase him for approximately 60 000 000 Gold, or you can procure him by purchasing premium packages.
Similarly to other Generals in Evony, Skanderberg has several skills, which are listed below:

Skanderberg has 4 unique statistics, all of which influence certain aspects of the game. Skanderberg’s statistics are as follows:

Every time Skanderberg’s level increases, his statistics will increase. The amount by which the statistics increase is the stats growth rate.
In order to increase his growth rate, you have to enhance him. Enhancing is the process of increasing a General’s star level, which requires gold and medals to complete.
Are skill books and gear necessary?
Since Skanderberg is a pure duty General, it is not necessary to equip him with gear or to add skill books.
These items will have no impact on him when he is on duty at the Hospital. Instead, players should focus on cultivation to improve Skanderberg’s duty rank.
Cultivation is the process of spending gold and gems to increase Skanderberg’s statistics with a bonus amount. Every statistic can be increased by an additional 500 points through this process.
Evony players can use gold to increase his statistics by 300 points. Thereafter, you need to use gems to increase the statistics to 500.
Duty Ranks
