WoW: Korrak’s Revenge Bonus objective

WoW players can complete a bonus objective in Korrak’s Revenge to earn 2 mounts, however, regrettably, some gamers have revealed that it is bugged.

World of Warcraft (WoW) is a thrilling massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), which means that you can enjoy its content with players across the globe.

WoW allows you to create and control a character to explore the fictional Warcraft regions, fight terrifying enemies, and complete quests, amongst other things.

There are several activities that you can enjoy in WoW, however, it is advisable that you primarily focus on the main story arc.

In order to celebrate the game’s 18th Anniversary, its developer, Blizzard, is hosting a unique in-game event. During the event, you can participate in Korrak’s Revenge, which has a bonus objective that not many players are aware of.

WoW Anniversary 2022

By logging into WoW: Shadowlands between 6 November 2022 and 27 November 2022, players can get the Anniversary Achievement, which comes with numerous rewards. You will receive a celebration package, celebration fireworks, Timewarped Badges, and a quest starter.

During the event, you have to complete tasks, and participate in specific activities to obtain additional Timewarped Badges. These Badges can be used to purchase items from Historian Ma’di.

These Badges will be removed from WoW once the event concludes. Therefore, it is recommended that you use your Badges before 27 November 2022.

WoW: Korrak’s Revenge Bonus objective

Korrak’s Revenge was introduced to WoW during its 15th Anniversary, and since then, it is only active during a WoW Anniversary event.

Although Wow is mainly focused on the player-versus-environment gaming mode, Korrak’s Revenge invites players to enjoy a player-versus-player gaming mode in the classic Alterac Valley.

If you are interested in participating in Korrak’s Revenge, you should have a character that is on a minimum level of 10. If you meet these requirements, you can queue for the activating by clicking on the “H” key on your keyboard.

In the new menu, you have to click on “Korrak’s Revenge” to start the Classic version of Alterac Valley. However, it is recommended that you pick up the Soldier of Time quest before you queue for Korrak’s Revenge. To complete the quest, you have to collect 500 Honor in Korrak’s Revenge.

As a reward for completing the quest, you will be rewarded with 400 Timewarped Badges and 10 Mark of Honor. Although this is the main objective of Korrak’s Revenge, many players are not aware of the bonus objective.

When you collect 200 Timewarped Badges, you will receive the Stormpike Battle Ram, and the Frostwolf Snarler mounts for each respective faction.

Players can also hunt the achievement of the Battleground in Alterac Valley of Olde. You can get it by collecting 200 Timewarped Badges, participating in Korrak’s Revenge, and completing quests.

Bonus objective bug

Like in other role-playing titles, WoW players have experienced numerous bugs, one of which is the Bonus objective bug. Players have claimed that they did not receive their mounts, even after they collected 200 Timewarped Badges.

It is worth noting that the bonus objective does not need to be handed in. This means that you automatically receive your mounts once you have completed the objective.

If you did not receive your mounts, you should log out of WoW and log back in. You can also try to log out of Battle.net completely, or log into a different realm before logging back into the character that the objective is finished on.

Where can you find the mounts?

You may not receive a notification that you received your mounts. Therefore, it is recommended that you check your bags to see whether the mount is there. Players can also check their mount collection page to see if they have collected the mounts.

If you are unable to find the mounts in your bag or in your mount collection, you may need to check how many Timewarped Badges you collected. If you have collected 200, and still have not received the mount, it is advisable that you try logging out and logging back in.

Did your Timewarped Badges collection reset?

Early on in the WoW Anniversary 2022 event, the game’s developer, Blizzard, announced that it will be disabling Korrak’s Revenge for some time to fix these bugs. Once the activity was enabled, all players’ progress was reset as they added the Objective Tracker.

In other words, all Timewarped Badges that you collected before 10 November 2022 do not count towards your 200 Timewarped Badges collection. You thus have to collect the Badges from scratch to obtain the mounts.
