WoW: Brewfest Armor

Players were able to obtain the Brewfest Armor during WoW’s Brewfest event, however it has since been removed from the game

You can defend the land against the Primal Incarnates as they rally forces to claim the power of the World Tree in this exhilarating video game, World of Warcraft (WoW).

In addition to completing quests and saving the world, you can participate in various events.

Brewfest Armor

One of the events that you can enjoy is Brewfest, which began on Wednesday, 20 September and will conclude today, 6 October 2023.

During this time, players were able to complete numerous quests and enjoy a variety of activities to earn Brewfest Tokens.

These tokens are used to purchase most of the items that you were able to find on sale at Brewfest. Keep in mind, however, that some items, such as the Brewfest Armor for your Renewed Photo-drake, were not available for purchase.

This item was considered one of the most exciting additions in this year’s Brewfest collection.

Players were able to find this item in the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest, which dropped from the special Coren Direbrew encounter that gamers could tackle during the Brewfest event.

Unfortunately, only level 70 players were able to loot Keg-Shaped Treasure chests during the event.

If you are below level 70, you were able to loot Keg-Shaped Treasure Boxes which did not drop big ticket items like the Brewfest Armor.

Low-level players generally have an equal chance to earn the same rewards as high-level players, but it seems that Blizzard has changed this principle for the 2023 Brewfest event.

Unfortunately, you only had a chance to obtain the Brewmaster Armor once a day, per character.

There is a running theory that the drop rate for receiving the armor was the highest on your first attempt of the day, and much lower for all subsequent alt runs on the same day.

This essentially means that many WoW players were not able to acquire the Brewmaster Armor as its drop rate was incredibly low.

Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest

In addition to the Brewmaster Armor, there was a chance that you could obtain the following items by opening the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest:

Item Description
Tremendous Tankard O’ Terror This one-handed mace will increase your character’s critical strike, haste, agility and stamina
Direbrew’s Remote You can give your party a ride to the Grim Guzzler with this item
Swift Brewfest Ram This item teaches players how to summon a unique mount
Brawler’s Statue Increases armor by 46 for 20 seconds
Mithril Wristwatch If you equip it, there is a chance that your harmful spells will increase your spell power by 49 for 10 seconds

Can you purchase the Brewfest Armor?

At the time of writing, it is unknown whether or not you will be able to purchase the Brewfest Armor in the future.

However, it is believed that this saddle was an event-exclusive item, which means that you will not be able to purchase it again.

However, there are various customization items that you can equip on your dragons. Keep in mind that you may need to complete certain quests or participate in a specific event to obtain these items.

Coren Direbrew

To gain access to the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest, you had to destroy Coren Direbrew – a holiday NPC. This NPC was only accessible via the group finder for dungeons.

The option was in the list alongside Random Heroic Dungeons and Specific Dungeons.

To access Direbrew, you simply had to queue up for the fight, emerge victorious and hope you get the Brewfest Armor manuscript.

Unfortunately, the Brewfest event will conclude today, Friday 6 October 2023, which means that all holiday objects and NPCs will be removed from WoW.

If you were not lucky enough to get the Brewfest Armor, then you likely missed your chance to customize your Renewed Proto-Drake.

Renewed Proto-Drake

The Renewed Proto-Drake is first granted to gamers when they explore the Dragon Isles. You will earn this mount as you complete the main storyline of The Waking Shores, which is the first questing zone of the continent.

More specifically, you will receive the mount when you complete the How to Glide with your Dragon quest. When you receive the mount, you will complete the A New Friend achievement.

If you obtain WoW‘s Brewfest Armor, you can equip this item to your Renewed Proto-Drake to customize it.

Keep in mind that this mount is available to all eligible characters on your account, which means that all your characters can use the Brewfest Armor when you summon the mount.
