Scopely recently introduced a new faction, Section 31, to STFC and even if there are no reputation levels, you are still able to gain Reputation.
As the commander of a starbase on the edge of civilized space in Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) you have to defeat hostiles, help locals and negotiate peace.
As you progress in the game, you will gain and lose reputation points with various factions which are all fighting for the control of powerful quadrants.
Section 31 Reputation
You can join various factions in STFC, however, every faction has numerous reputation levels. You can gain and lose reputation with certain factions .by completing certain activities and defeating specific enemies,
The game’s developer, Scopely, recently introduced Section 31, which is a new faction that you can progress through to the game.
Since all the other Factions in the game have reputation levels, several STFC players assumed that the new Section 31 Faction will also have varying reputation levels.
At the time of writing, Scopely is yet to release the reputation levels for Section 31, which has caused a lot of confusion amongst players. Commanders can gain reputation for the new faction though.
On the official STFC Discord channel, a player known as AlienQueen revealed that she is able to get 1 Section 31 Cipher tokens a day as well as 250 Section 31 Reputation Points on a daily basis.
When will Section 31’s reputation levels be released?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to determine whether or not Scopely will release Section 31’s reputation levels.
If Scopely releases the reputation levels, it is unknown when they will implement the levels in the game.
However, since the other Factions have reputation levels, several players believe that Scopely will release the reputation levels for the new Faction in the near future.
We recommend that players keep an eye on the official STFC website as Scopely releases all official announcements on the website.
Does Section 31 have a Faction Store?
Even though Section 31 does not have reputation levels, it has a Faction Store which allows you to purchase unique items.
The store launches with 6 Ranks and an exciting collection of rewards, including the new Section 31 Factors, buffs for the Wave Defense challenges as well as the S31 Cipher Wave Defense entry token.
Armada Quick Start
If you have enough S31 Reputation, you can unlock the Armada Quick Start function, though it only works for Alliance and Solo Armadas.
If you unlock this new feature, you will be able to use Speed Ups whenever you want to after the Armada has started reducing the countdown timer.
