STFC: Hirogen

In STFC, players can vanquish a new enemy type, Hirogen, in a new space region, Delta Quadrant, to earn rich rewards.

In this exhilarating video game, Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC), players can build ships, harvest resources, defeat enemies and complete space-based missions.

Scopely, STFC’s developer, recently released the patch notes for update 54, which introduces a new enemy to STFC called Hirogen.

Update 54

Update 54, which was released on Tuesday, 9 May 2023, introduces several new features to the game and fixes a range of issues.

Players can now enjoy a new region of space, the Delta Quadrant and construct a new building – The Artifact Gallery.

Furthermore, you can put your combat abilities to the test by attempting to destroy a new enemy species, Formation Armadas.

If you defeat this new enemy, you will be rewarded with Artifact shards, which are used in The Artifact Gallery.

You can also complete several new missions in the game and collect 2 new officers, The Doctor and B’Elanna Torres. Both officers have unique abilities which can have a great impact on your gameplay.

STFC: Hirogen

The Delta Quadrant is a massive, sprawling unknown space that gamers can explore. For the month of May 2023, there are 2 entry points from which to start your exploration.

Players level 34 and higher can use the Border of the Depths of the Delta Quadrant, where they will find core missions, new Hirogen Hostiles and Lost Hostiles.

The Hirogen have made their way to STFC, and players can find them in the Delta Quadrant.

Unfortunately, you need to be at least level 26 to enter the new system and even if you are level 26, you may find it difficult to vanquish the Hirogen, as they are extremely powerful.

As you explore the Delta Quadrant, you can encounter different types of Hirogen Hostiles. Players can therefore battle Hirogen Hunters, Hirogen Hunter Elites as well as Hirogen Transport Freighters.

You should remember that the level and the type of enemy that you encounter will be determined by the system in which you  find it.

This means that even if you found a Hirogen Hunter in a specific system, you may not be able to encounter a Hirogen Transport Freighter in the same system.
