Delta Quadrant is a new system in STFC that players level 26 and higher can explore, however, there are currently only 2 ways to enter the new system.

Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) is an exhilarating video game which is inspired by the well-renowned series, Star Trek. You can therefore enjoy famous fictional characters, locations and storylines in the game.

Scopely, STFC’s developer, recently released the patch notes for update 54, which introduces a new space system, The Delta Quadrant, to the game.

STFC: Update 54

Scopely released the patch notes for update 54 on Tuesday, 9 May 2023. The update not only resolves known bugs, but it also introduces several new features to STFC.

Players can now construct the Artifact Gallery, which is home to unique artifacts that provide your fleet with various buffs.

Bear in mind that to unlock artifacts, you need to defeat a new enemy, Formation Armadas, . Moreover, you can recruit 2 new officers, The Doctor and B’Elanna Torres, both of which have unique abilities.

You can now advance even more in STFC by completing a series of new missions. When you have completed these missions, they will reward you with several items.

STFC: Delta Quadrant

After installing the latest version of STFC, players can explore a massive, sprawling, unknown space: The Delta Quadrant. This space is filled with new systems to explore, missions to complete and new enemies to vanquish.

The new system is home to entirely new Formation Armadas that you can team up with with your alliance to take down Species 8472.

You can join the Voyager Arc to dive deep into the Delta Quadrant and face all the danger it holds. At the time of writing this, there are 2 entry points from which to start your exploration.

At the Border of Alpha Quadrant, you will find Planetary Missions, Species 8472 and Lost Hostiles.

Players have to ensure that they complete the Commiseration mission, which can be found in the Eviloy system to unlock the pathway for further exploration.

Keep in mind that only players on level 26 and higher can use this method to enter Delta Quadrant.

Players level 34 and higher can use the Depths of the Delta Quadrant to enter the new space system. You can rendezvous with the USS Voyager, which continues its journey home to the Alpha Quadrant.

In this part of the Delta Quadrant, you can find Core Missions, new Hirogen Hostiles and Lost Hostiles.

Unfortunately, players below level 26 cannot enter the Delta Quadrant. If you are below level 26, we recommend that you focus on the systems and missions which are available to you to gain experience points to level up.

Delta Quadrant Map

When you open the world map, it can be difficult to spot a new system, as there are several systems in the galaxy. The Delta Quadrant can be found at the top of the Galaxy map.

During the month of May 2023, players can use the Border of the Alpha Quadrant and Depths of the Delta Quadrant to enter the new system.

Unfortunately, it has not yet been announced how players will be able to enter Delta Quadrant in the following months. Therefore, you should keep an eye on the official STFC website as all news and updates are posted on it.

Delta Quadrant Systems

As the new Voyager storyline progresses, you will get the opportunity to explore new sections and systems of the Delta Quadrant. This new system creates exciting possibilities for discovery and adventure.

One of the integral parts of the exploration is locating and completing missions. One of the systems that you can explore is the Eviloy system.

This system contains a crucial quest, Commiseration, which is key to exploring the Delta Quadrant during the Voyager Arc.

Furthermore, you can explore several other systems, each of which is home to a cohort of enemies.

Formation Armadas

As previously mentioned, you can vanquish a new enemy species in Delta Quadrant. Formation Armadas found in selected systems of the Delta contain several simulations of Starfleet Headquarters which are used for gathering intelligence on Starfleet’s capabilities.

Formation Armadas also have their weaknesses. Each armada in the system contains 3 targets and if you defeat them simultaneously, it will result in the total annihilation of the armada.

It is worth noting that only STFC players level 26 and higher can participate in the attacks against the Formation Armadas.

To perform an attack, you need 100 Formation Armada Directives, which can be obtained through Daily Goal completion. However, additional directives can be procured from the “Offers” tab.

When an armada is destroyed, you will be rewarded with Artifact and Premium Artifact tokens. These tokens are crucial in discovering Artifacts in the Artifact Gallery.
