To procure a Flugelgard weapon, you have to complete the Mining Rig Defense: Retem urgent quest on Rank 3. To complete this rank, you need a minimum battle power of 3649 because the enemies are level 80.
To pick up the quest, players can travel to South Retem. The objective of the quest is to work together with other players to successfully defend the rig against foes.
Keep in mind though that the enemies come in successive waves, which means that you have to defend the rig until the last wave.
Players should note that the structural damage will affect the rank that you receive when completing the quest, but it will not affect the rewards that you get for completing the quest.
Flugelgard’s potential
When using the Potential Unlock system in PSO2: NGS, you will unlock new effects for the Flugelgard weapon.

Drop Rate
Since the Flugelgard weapons were announced, players have wondered if the weapon’s drop rate is as obscenely rare as the Tisha 9-star.
When a new weapon releases, the drop rate for the weapon is allegedly extremely low, which means that only a handful of players will be able to get it.
However, as time passes, Sega will increase the drop rate of the new weapon to make it easier to collect. Although you can farm the Flugelgard currently, the chances that you will obtain it are extremely rare.
