LOTR: Rise to War – Relocate Settlement

The game currently features more than 10 factions, and you can choose one when you first start playing. Each faction has a specific location on the map, which is your spawn area. The faction you choose will determine the location of your keep or settlement.

Players who choose Gondor as their faction, will spawn in the general area of Gondor and not in the middle of Isengard. Keep in mind that you may spawn in a neighbouring province. If you are unhappy about your keep location, you can relocate your settlement.

However, you can only do so if you meet the specific requirements for it. Players may wish to relocate their keep for any number of reasons; you may want to be closer to your faction friends or closer to a specific landmark.

How to relocate your settlement

To relocate your settlement, you first have to complete chapter 10 of the main campaign, then, you have to achieve 20 points of your Ring Power. Next, you have to free an area with 3-by-3 tiles and mark them to start the relocation process.

Once you have done this, you can select the settlement you want to relocate to and click on the Build button. In the new menu, you will find a Relocate option. Selecting this option will complete the relocation process.
