This means you can collect orcs, goblins, trolls and other monstrosities you might have seen in the films. You will also discover numerous buildings and structures in the game that appear in the films.
Which buildings are more important?
There are various buildings in the game, and it is recommended that you understand what the objective of each is. Please note that some buildings are more important than others, which means that the order you need to upgrade them in is different.
The most important building in the game is the Main Hall, as it serves as the foundation for all the other structures. This means that you cannot upgrade other buildings without upgrading the Main Hall first.
This building provides you with settlement durability, which will come in handy when you are attacked.
LOTR: Rise to War Oathbreakers
As mentioned above, you can collect various creatures and use them in your army. However, one of the strongest and scariest creatures are Oathbreakers.
Even though they are fantastic and extremely powerful heroes, you will have to occupy a cave of the dead to unlock and hire them.
While playing the game, you will discover various areas and locations, one of which is a Dunharrow. It is a special fortified structure where you will be able to hire Oathbreakers.
It is believed that you can find a few of them across Middle-Earth, but it is advised that you search for them in Gondorian.
Alternatively, you may find some Dunharrows in Lindon Lands, and of course near the Paths of the Dead. Please note that you need to occupy a Dunarrow in order to unlock the monsters. It is alleged that the Oathbreakers do not need much time to train, but they do require a lot of resources to be hired.
Please remember that the map contains a small amount of Dunharrow locations that are widespread. Since a lot of players want to unlock and hire Oathbreakders, the best way to locate the nearest Dunharrow is by using an in-game search.
The search bar is located in the top left corner of your screen. When you click on it, you will see a camp icon that allows you to search for special units.
How to counter Oathbreakers
Once you have located a Dunharrow, you can counter them. However, it is recommended that you learn and understand Oathbreakers’ skills before attempting to counter them.
Their first skill, ethereal, allows them to avoid all physical damage and cannot be healed. While the second skill, peace, grants Oathbreakers the ability to do focus damage, while doing a small amount of damage to themselves.
It is recommended that you use units that have a lot of defensive statistics. Alternatively, you can use units that do fire or poison damage.
However, it is advised that you use Commanders such as Gandalf, to do focus damage. Moreover, the Commanders should have the ability to avoid taking damage for a period of time.
How to attack Oathbreakers
It is believed that the best way to attack a Dunharrow is by constructing a fort either close by, or next to it. Moreover, you may have to attack it several times and wait until the Oathbreakers deal damage to themselves.
Please note that when you first attack the Oathbreakers, a one-hour timer will begin. You need to unlock and hire them within this time frame, otherwise their health is restored, and you need to begin again.
