Gameplay
The game takes place in the medieval times, where players take on the role of a Lord’s only son, or daughter. All seemed to go well until Aves, The Throne Usurper, organised a successful revolution.
Additionally, he killed the Lord to take the throne and locked his son, or daughter in a prison cell. Fortunately, the protagonist refused to lose hope and promised to take revenge on every single one of his enemies.
Players will be playing as a Lord or Lady of a kingdom. Subsequently, they are responsible for various activities: resource production, land conquering, raising heirs and knights.
However, when they first start the game, they will be a level one Lord or Lady. As their level increases, they will obtain bonuses, which can make gameplay easier.
How to use Edicts in King’s Choice
One of the items that players can obtain in the game are Edicts. These Talent Scrolls can be used to increase a knight’s talent levels. It is important to note that there are four different Edicts in the game, namely Strength, Leadership, Intellect and Charisma.
However, the game also features two random Edicts. When players use a Random Edict, it will unlock a random attribute Edict for a knight’s talent. Combining four Random Edict Shards will result in a Random Edict.
Players should note that an Edicts work depends on luck. This means that the higher the knight’s talent star level is, the higher the risk to fail upgrading talent to the next level.
