Final Gear: Characters

Players can collect over 100 characters in Final Gear, however, some can only be used for early to mid-game content, while others are reserved for end-game gameplay.

Final Gear features stunning character art and an immersive storyline. It was recently released on both iOS and Android. The strategic game from Komoe Technology Limited and FlashWing Studio invites players to explore a post-apocalyptic world. Humanity now struggles to survive and they are forced to use mobile mech suits in the midst of a global disaster.

In the game, players can obtain various mech parts in order to create their own mech suits. They are then able to take on the role of Captain in order to recruit female pilots across the fantasy world. The maidens each have their own quirks, attributes, occupations and personalities. Additionally, they can unlock special abilities when paired with specific custom mechs.

The official description states that in the year 2110, a meteor strike changed the face of the earth into a wasteland. Subsequently, humanity was on the edge of extinction. However, the people who survived worked on reconstruction to bring back a technological and scientific civilization.

One of the mightier groups among the people is Kegha. Due to their superiority in both numbers and technology, they established a capital city. They also created a form of mobile, weaponized battle armour. This mech technology soon spread all over the lands. Subsequently, three main areas arose: The Kegha, The Hexel and The Arita.

The following table indicates the name and description of places in the fantasy world of Final Gear:

Name of place Ruled by Description
Hexel The Strong Hexel is a freedom union. However, it is described as lawful evil. The continent has a thick sense of egoism, and the inhabitants believe in the law of the jungle.
Arita The Commander Arita is a federal republic, which pursues peach and justice. It is described as lawful good. The inhabitants are seen as warm and hospitable.
Kegha The Queen’s Heirs Kegha is an empire continent. It follows a chivalric code and features a strong sense of principle and group consciousness. The inhabitants have a fierce sense of national pride.

In the above-mentioned areas, players are able to build a base in order to gather resources, even if they are away from the game. Additionally, they can complete tactical missions with multiple objectives across different terrains and needing different strategies. Completing these objectives can reward them with various gear, items and weapons.

Final Gear: Characters

The in-game battles are set in real-time tactical maps. However, it features a side-scrolling view for a unique and action-packed experience. The game allows players to obtain over 100 pilots, each with stunning dynamic models and famous Japanese voice-actors.

Players should remember that they can obtain different types of units in Final Gear. This includes Demolishers, Strikers, Bombers, Snipers, Shooters and Defenders. The following list indicates some of the units that players can unlock:

Evelynn is an artificial intelligence unit who can alter her appearance. It is believed that she will follow players wherever they might go. She forms part of the B-tier units. This means that Evelynn is considered significantly more powerful than average units. However, players should use her as a stepping stone to stronger units. Evelynn is a super rare (SR) unit; this means players only have a 10 percent chance of obtaining her in the gacha system.

Her skills include Flawless Flurry, Reaper Boost, Damage Boost and Critical Hit Boost.

Taysia Graft

Taysia Graft takes on the role of a Striker, which makes her an excellent damage dealing unit. It is believed that she is a Raid Weapons Specialist. However, she also specializes in light parts. Taysia Graft forms part of the A-tier, which means that she is able to fit easily into any team set up.

Players should remember that they might have a difficult time obtaining her, as she is a super, super rare (SSR) unit. They thus only have a five percent chance of obtaining her when pulling for a banner in-game.

It is believed that Bernadette is the Gatekeeper of the Devil’s Order. She possesses both Ziolan and Kreghan ancestry.

Just like Taysia Graft, Bernadette falls into the A-tier. This means that she is quite a powerful unit and players can use her in mid-game content.

Bernadette is also an SSR, so players might have a hard time obtaining her

Krista is an admired general of the Derrain army. After being born in the slums and climbing her way out, she has no qualms about using her abilities.

It is not clear which tier Krista falls in to, however some players believe that she forms part of the A-tier.

Elizabeth is a talented pianist that loves to travel the world. She is of Hexeli nationality.

In combat, she takes on the role of a supporter. Elizabeth forms part of the A-team, which means that she is very good in her role.

Similar to some of the above-mentioned units, she is also an SSR unit. This means that players might have to pull multiple times at the in-game gacha system to collect her,

Natasha is a vanguard officer for the northern revolutionary forces. Even though she loves being praised, she cannot stand it when people tousle her hair. She forms part of the B-tier, which means that she is considered above average. It is recommended that players use her as a supporting unit.

Players should use Natasha as a stepping stone to obtain more powerful units. However, this does not mean that they should disregard her. Natasha can perform well in early to mid-game content. It is important to note that she is an SR unit. Players will thus have an easier time collecting her than an SSR unit.

It is believed that Lilian is the heir to the throne of Kegha Empire. In contrast to her gentle and warm appearance, she can be exceedingly cold-hearted. Some players believe that Lilian is the best-ranked unit in the game, as she has amazing skills and abilities.

It thus comes at no surprise that Lilian takes on the role of an attacker. She is able to do massive amounts of damage to her enemies in a matter of seconds. It is important to note that it can be difficult to obtain her, as she is an SSR unit.

Nia’s description reveals that she has the ability to communicate with various animals. The tentacles that come from her skull seem to be more than mere decoration. Nia forms part of the B-tier unit, which means that she is not the best character in Final Gear. However, she is not the worst either. Players will be able to finish early and mid-game content with her.

Nova is a mysterious girl who comes from the depths of the Corbero pit. It is rumoured that when it starts to get dark, she sinks back down into the depths of the pit. Nova’s specialities include Medium Parts and Machine Guns. She is seen as one of the best units, as she forms part of the S-tier.

On the battlefield, she takes on the role of an attacker. This means that even the most difficult situations will seem easy if players use Nova.

Viorate is a former Keghan slave, however, she fled to Hexel. It is believed that she agreed to be an experimental subject. It may come as a shock to some, but Viorate does not form part of the S-tier. Instead, she is an A-tier unit.

Viorate is thus able to fit perfectly into any team, however, she can be replaced with a stronger unit. Players should note that she is an SSR unit, which means it can be difficult to obtain her.

Margaret is captain of Queen Lilian’s Guardian Knights. It is believed that she is a noble knight filled with a chivalric spirit. In battle, Margaret takes on the role of a tank. She is thus able to survive most of the enemies’ attack, as she has a lot of Health Points.

However, Margaret is not able to deal a lot of damage. This is because her main objective is to survive the fight and not to deal damage. Players should thus use her in a team with good damage dealing units.

Additionally, players can use her as the team’s healer. Once again, she will not be able to deal a lot of damage, but she is able to keep the other units alive to defeat the enemies. Margaret forms part of the A-tier units, which indicates that she is efficient enough to use in end-game content until players find a stronger unit.

She is the captain of the Keghan Empire’s knights. Coreleah is an outstanding warrior with a fierce loyalty to her queen. However, she prefers to work alone. Players should note that Coreleah is not the best unit in the game, as she forms part of the B-tier.

Even though she is not the strongest or the best unit, they can still use her in early to mid-game content. It is advised that players replace her as they approach end-game content.

Final Gear is a popular mobile game that is set in a post-apocalyptic world. It invites players to take control of the Captain to recruit female pilots. These characters will be used to defeat enemies and bosses to obtain rewards. It is important to note that players can unlock over 100 units in Final Gear.

Some units are recommended for early to mid-game content, as they are not very powerful. When players reach end-game content, it is advised that they unlock other characters to make the battles easier.
