Players can increase their Trap Capacity in Evony by upgrading their wall, and by researching the Defence Capacity in the Academy.
Overview
Players are invited to take on the role of a lady or lord in this simulating mobile game, Evony: The King’s Return. As the name suggests, it is based on the classic video game, Evony, so players will experience similar gameplay and content as they would in the video game.
In this game, you can build an empire from the ground up in medieval times. The game offers numerous events and activities for players to enjoy.
You can also solve puzzles, join powerful Alliances, progress in the main storyline, and defeat enemies to obtain weapons and gear. The puzzles are the levels of the game that need to be solved before you can move on to the next one.

What are traps?
As you advance in the game, you will have to defend your kingdom from other players and their attacks. One way to do this is to build units to defeat and kill other attacking troops. Furthermore, traps are a type of Fortified unit that you can use to defeat other players’ troops.
However, these are only effective in huge numbers. Traps are a good defence if your Beacon Tower gives you a warning in time, since they are quick to build and fairly cheap, but the downside is that they are not very effective.
Evony: How to increase Trap Capacity
You can build several structures in your kingdom such as the Trap Factory. The number of traps your city can have depends on the level of your wall, your Defence Capacity, and Advance Defence Capacity research. Players should bear in mind that the maximum number of traps is 215.

In order to increase your trap capacity, you should focus on researching your Defence Capacity.
Moreover, you should upgrade the wall around your empire, which you can do by selecting the wall and then clicking on “Upgrade.” Upgrading your wall may cost you many resources, including grain and gold, among others.
To research Defence Capacity, you have to head to the Academy in your kingdom and select the “Research” option. In the new menu, you will find various tabs, one of which is “Defence.”
Here you will see a skill tree that contains a variety of skills; research the skills in chronological order. This means that you will have to research many other skills before you can research Defence Capacity.

Final thoughts
