It is possible for players to collect the same dragon more than once in Dragalia Lost, however, they can offer them to other dragons, or sell them for Eldwater.
Overview
Dragalia Lost is a popular action video game, published by Nintendo for mobile platforms. Players can thus only enjoy the game on Android and iOS, as it features touchscreen controls.
The game is set in the fantasy world of Alberia, which is a kingdom full of dragons. All the royal members in the kingdom have the Dragon Transformation. This means they are able to wield a dragon’s power by forming a pact with a dragon to borrow their form in a battle.
Gameplay
As players progress in the game, they will meet new non-player characters (NPCs), companions and dragons among others. During combat, the characters use magic attacks of different elements to defeat enemies. However, they can also use a special attack, where they transform into a dragon.
The characters are then able to deal a lot of damage to the enemy. This only occurs when they have sufficient energy, which can be collected while playing or destroying dragon statues.
It is important to note that players can obtain several different dragons, each of which have different skills and abilities. However, this means that they may collect the same dragon more than once.
What to do with extra dragons
It is believed that players can level up their dragons by using Ripe Dragonfruit, Succulent Dragonfruit and Dragonfruit. Additionally, the dragons can also be given other dragons to increase their experience level.
However, it is not recommended to use a three-star, or above dragon as an experience dragon. This is because Dragalia Lost does not currently feature dragons below three-stars. It is thus advised to only sell Dragons to obtain Eldwater.
If players do not want to offer the extra dragon to increase another’s experience level, or sell it, they have the opportunity to part ways with it.
