Players can get different ranks by winning ranked matches in DNF Duel, and the highest rank is deity, also known as the legend rank.
DNF Duel is a popular video game that invites players to experience combat and role-playing elements. As the game’s name suggests, it is a spin-off of the Dungeon and Fighter series, and therefore, you are likely to encounter similar features in both games.
There are several gaming modes that you can enjoy in DNF duel, one of which is online mode. This mode has different subcategories. By participating in this mode, you will receive a rank based on your performance in the game.
You can achieve various ranks by participating in the online mode, such as the Deity rank, also called the legend rank.
Online mode
The Online mode in DNF Duel offers players state-of-the-art netcode, a classic ArcSys lobby and a Ranked mode with a swift matchmaking system.
It allows you to match up against other players online. Many options here enable you to narrow down your search according to your preferences, whether with complete strangers, or with your friends in a private lobby.
If you enjoy the excitement of ranked play, where every match matters, then you should participate in the Ranked Matches. However, if you just want to play for fun, the Player Match mode is perfect for you.
DNF Duel: Legend rank
Gamers should remember that they can only earn a rank in DNF Duel by participating in the Ranked Matches Online Mode. The ranking system begins with Bronze and progresses to Deity, which is the highest rank in the game.
The ranks of the Online Mode, and a description of each are:
Rank | Description |
Bronze |
|
Silver |
|
Gold |
|
Diamond |
|
Terranite |
|
Deity is the highest rank-grouping in DNF Duel, but it does not feature tiers like the other ranks. Players can acquire deity points by winning matches. Keep in mind that the rank is displayed as a number.
Can players be demoted?
When you win a match in a DNF Duel, you will earn a crest, which brings you closer to the next tier. However, losing a match takes a crest off the board, which you can earn again by winning a match.
This also works when you are facing demotion. To be demoted, you have to lose all your crests from the board, and then lose one more match, which moves you to the rank or tier below your current one.
When you are demoted, you have to win a ranked match to earn crests and advance to the following tier or rank.
Battle Settings
Battle Settings allow you to select your default character, stage, and background music, which are essential for ranked mode or player mode.
To access your battle settings, open the main menu, and either select ranked matches or player matches, then click on battle settings.
It is worth noting that battle settings are not shared between ranked and player matches. This means that you need to adjust your settings on both modes.
It is advised that you adjust your battle settings as soon as possible, especially for the ranked matches.
