Dislyte’s Dusk and Dawn expansion introduces several new activities, storylines and a new map to the game, but you need to meet certain requirements to unlock them.
Gamers can immerse themselves in a modern fictional world in this adventurous mobile game, Dislyte. You can also team up with mythical heroes to defeat horrific enemies.
The game was released in 2022, and it recently announced that its first expansion event, Dusk and Dawn, can now be enjoyed by gamers.
Dislyte: Patch 3.2.2
The game’s developer, Farlight Games, regularly updates Dislyte to ensure smooth gameplay and to add new features to the game.
The patch notes for update 3.2.2 were released on Tuesday, 4 April 2023, and it introduced several new activities, Espers and events to Dislyte.
Although the patch notes were released early in April 2023, the update only became active in the game on Tuesday, 11 April 2023. Players can now acquire 2 new Espers, Leora and Elaine, who are based on Athena and Nyx, respectively.
Moreover, the patch features some adjustments and optimizations to ensure that players are having the best Dislyte experience.
Dislyte: Dusk and Dawn
Dusk and Dawn commenced on Tuesday, 11 April 2023 and will conclude on Friday, 28 April 2023. The event’s official description reads, “Tabaton is a suspicious place. Can Leora solve the mysteries and uncover the hidden truth?”
During the event, the event map and gameplay, which includes the Mission Board and Leora’s Trials, will unlock.
However, you can only access the new map after completing Story 4-16 on Easy Mode. Players who meet the requirements can enjoy the new activities to farm Research Chips and Snake Teeth.
You have to clear stages in the new part of the map to earn Data Chips. Snake Teeth, Data Chips and Research Chips can be used to procure the new Epic Shimmer Esper, Uday.
You can also use these items to obtain the Limited-Offer Namecard, Dusk and Dawn, as well as Gold Records and Legendary Abilimon.
It is worth noting that there are various event codes available in the first 2 weeks of the event, and for the last 3 days of the event, the activities will be closed. However, rewards can still be redeemed from the event shop.
In the new story mode, players can encounter a new and immersive story. You will have the opportunity to search for chests, which are scattered across the map, while solving a case.
As you progress in the new story, you will be able to unlock new Mission Board quests and the Illicit Market. These amazing features, along with various rewards, will be waiting for you on the map if you meet the requirements.
If you are yet to complete Story 4-16 on Easy Mode, we recommend that you complete it as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the expansion event while it is active.
Leora’s Trials
You need to add Leora to your arsenal to participate in Leora’s Trial. A trial version is available during the Dusk and Dawn event. For this activity, you need to clear as many waves as possible within the time limit to set your trial results.
We recommend that you adjust the settings of your Espers to automatically fight enemies until wave 13. When you have reached wave 13, it is advisable that you defeat the enemies manually, as you have to use your Espers’ skills strategically.
Players will receive rewards based on their results. In addition to Player Ratings, there are also World Rankings and Division Rankings. The top player in each division will receive Nexus Crystals and Legendary Abilimon, amongst other things.
How to acquire Leora and Elaine
To get a new Esper, you have to use the in-game gacha activity, Echo. However, to celebrate the arrival of Leora and Elaine, you can benefit from the limited-time Echo event, which will conclude on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
The Echo event offers Dislyte players an increased chance of summoning Leora and Elaine from Echo spins. However, if you spend 100 Wish Stones in the event pool, you are guaranteed to summon one of the current event’s featured Espers.
You can get Wish Stones from acquiring Epic or Legendary Espers from the Gold Record Player.
Leora and Elaine
Leora and Elaine are both 5-star Espers, but Leora is a Flow character while Elaine is a Wind hero. Leora is based on the mythological character; Athena. She is a powerful fighter with the ability to assist her team.
Elaine is based on the mythological character; Nyx and she has access to stealth and multi-stage attacks. Both Espers have brilliant skills and abilities which can be used on the battlefield.
We highly recommend that you acquire them during the event, as you already have an increased chance of summoning them.
