In Diablo Immortal’s Hallow’s Wake event, you need to find the Crone, but her location is unique for every player.
Players have to collect shattered fragments of the corrupted Worldstone to save Sanctuary in this adventurous video game, Diablo Immortal.
As the game’s name implies, it is part of the classic Diablo series. However, its storyline takes place between Diablo II and Diablo III.
Find the Crone
In addition to the main story and improving your character, you can participate in occasional events. On Wednesday, 11 October 2023, Blizzard revealed that players can enjoy a new event, Hallow’s Wake.
From Thursday, 19 October 2023 to Thursday, 2 November 2023, the boundary separating the living and dead grew thin.
During this time, two realms fused into one for Hallow’s Wake, where dastardly demons and spectors create chaos in mischievous harmony.
As you progress through the event, you will get the quest to find the Crone, whose location in the game guards a well-kept secret.
It is up to you to decipher the whereabouts of the Crown and unfortunately, Diablo Immortal does not provide players with any guidance as to where to find the mysterious character.
Since the game does not provide any hints for where you can find the Crone, most players end up confused and frustrated. Players should note that the Crone’s location is different for everyone.
In order to find the Crone, you have to roam across the map and try to locate the Crone’s hiding place.
Although its location is different for everyone, we recommend that you search for the Crone in the Town Center, the area below the armory and the dock area.
Hallow’s Wake Rewards
In addition to finding the Crone, there are a few tasks that you have to complete to earn a unique event currency.
Players level 30 and higher are tasked with eliminating ghastly goblins, vengeful dead and cleansing haunted rifts to earn Hallowed Stones.
You can use your Hallowed Stones to earn the following rewards:
|Reward||Required Hallowed Stones|
|Legendary items, 3 costumes and a Legendary Crest||To get access to these items, you have to collect 30 Hallowed Stones.|
|Pearl and fishing rod cosmetics||Diablo Immortal players must acquire 20 Hallowed Stones to unlock these items.|
|Fist Bump Emoji and a random Legendary Item||You have to get 10 Hallowed Stones to gain access to these items.|
What to do when you have found the Crone
Once you have found the Crone in Diablo Immortal, you can use your Hallowed Stones to Trick or Treat with the mysterious character. Allegedly, players will receive 2 additional Hallowed Stones for finding the Crone.
That being said, you only have to find the Crone once to receive the Hallowed Stones, but it is unknown whether or not there is a limit to how many times you can perform the trick or treat activity with the Crone.
Players should note that there is a chance that they will win randomized ‘treats’ or ‘tricks’ when they use this interaction with the Crone.
Hallow’s Wake Missions
To be successful in the Hallow’s Wake event, you need to defeat groups or Ghastly Goblins and Vengeful Dead, however, you can also clear Haunted Rifts to earn Hallowed Stones.
The game’s developer, Blizzard, implemented a limit on these activities to prevent players from gaining too many Hallowed Stones.
You can therefore clear the Vengeful Dead task 10 times every day and defeat the Haunted Rift 3 times a day. Though you can only destroy the Ghastly Goblins once a day while the event is active to earn Hallowed Stones.
Although there is a limit on how many times you can complete these activities on a daily basis, there does not seem to be a limit on how many Hallowed Stones you can keep in your inventory.
Though it is worth noting that this currency will be removed from Diablo Immortal once the event has concluded and therefore we recommend that you use your Hallowed Stones before the event ends.
Halloween Inspired Gear
In addition to the cosmetic items that you can unlock with Hallowed Stones, players can purchase Halloween Inspired Gear while the event is active.
Unfortunately, you can only purchase these items with Eternal Orbs, which is Diablo Immortal’s premium currency.
Players should note that these items are not mandatory and will not influence their progress in the game.
But if you love the undead or demonic appearance for your Barbarian or Demon Hunter, you can purchase the Hallowed Dead Standard Cosmetic Set or the Waltz Macabre Standard Cosmetic Set.
To purchase a set, you need to have approximately 1000 Eternal Orbs in your inventory.
