How to obtain a hero

The standard banner is divided into 2 sections – standard and advanced recruitment. You will need the corresponding vouchers before you can recruit a hero. This means that you either need a standard, or an advanced voucher to acquire a new hero.
Players obtain an advanced recruitment voucher for free every 24 hours. You cannot obtain a SSR hero with a standard voucher, however, you can receive one with an advanced voucher.
